RONIN CHARITABLE SOCIETY

Established in 2015, the Ronin Charitable Society was created to support military veterans and emergency first responders by helping them transition into civilian life, offering skill-based training, and advocating for their needs.

Our Objectives

  • Promote the well-being and integration of veterans and first responders into their communities

  • Provide skill training and transition support

  • Advocate for change and raise awareness about veteran issues

  • Participate in job fairs, trade shows, and networking events

  • Organize educational events and conferences to further our mission

Our Impact

  • 2015: Offered safety and rescue training programs to 13 military veterans free of charge

  • 2016: Partnered with Training Division to deliver IFSAC NFPA Firefighter 1 certification to 30 veterans

  • 2018-2019: Conducted firefighting and SPRAT Rope Access courses for veterans

  • 2019: Two Ronin staff received the Minister of Veterans Affairs commendation for supporting veterans

  • 2021: Delivered the NFPA 1001 boot camp program for veterans
